&lt;p&gt;If you are running BIND on Linux, you will specifically need to edit named.conf, and add a new db.sitename file for the new domain.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re using apache on linux, you can use NameVirtualHost and then the normal &amp;lt;VirtualHost&amp;gt; tags.  Check apache.org and search for NameVirtualHost&lt;/p&gt;
