by looking at this board one can say that the domain business is booming
everyday someone starts a thread about domains...

great, now to help you a bit
about six months ago I had an email from a german company that wanted to buy one of my domains (computer-experts.com) I got all excited and started dreaming about big $$$ only to find out that all they wanted to pay was $500 ;-(

recently I sold 3 domains, $500, $350, $1000
a lot less then I was expecting... (sorry but I can not tell you what domains)

currently I am negotiating a deal with one of the major US banks regarding the domain name they want from me (job related) and belive me my price is not that high and they still are trying to bring it down...

well, I belive that your domain is worth some big bucks but a question is how much that company wants to spend, try to get some more info on the company, wht they do? how much do they make?(aprox

if this is a large company ask for $100 000 but make sure that you will let them know that you are open for negotations...

when dealing with companies it`s really good to have some appraisals on paper,
I had some domains appraised at greatdomains.com but it`s $70
today I registered namereview.com simply to offer appraisals in the future it sure beats paying $70

Ok, then tell them you'll only sell it for $XXX amount of dollars. Make it however much you're willing to sell it for. If you really want to keep it, then offer them some really high price. Either they'll reject it and you'll still have the domain you want, or you'll be rich...
