Mosts hosts offer "Domain pointing", which basically means they provide the DNS for one site and point it to another address probably hosted by them also. This usually doesn't require a monthly fee, only a fairly small setup fee per domain parked.

Another alternative if your host does not offer this (and don't quote me on this because it may be against the TOS of a free webspace provider) is to find a free host that hosts virtual domains and allows .htaccess. Then, set your DNS to be hosted by that free host. After the domain is transferred to the free host, create a .htaccess file with one line in it:

Redirect / http://www.DOMAIN.com/

All you have to do is change DOMAIN.com to the domain that you want it to direct to and you're all set . Good luck!
