This took quite awhile to load for me. You should probably shrink the logo a bit and get rid of the second photo. All of the graphics here are rather poor quality. The red bar along the top and right sides looks strange - it makes the page look lopsided.

The logo looks pretty good, but I think the gradient should go from red to a bright yellow. The quality isn't all that great either. The menu is definitely a problem. Maybe a horizontal line of buttons underneath the logo would work better. It's important to have your navigation above the fold.

1) The logo is grainy looking to me. Especially some of the red when it's fading out. It needs to be sharpened.

2) What's up with the menu at the bottom of the site? That's not good at all. a) the menu buttons are jagged, and b) you have to move your mouse over them to see where it will take you.

3) The pictures of the people are having the same problem as the logo. The quality isn't good at all, and the drop shadow is really fuzzy.

Overall I can't stand the design at all...

I think you should remove the "Go To" link buttons. I think the buttons should tell people where it will bring them to, and not only when they move their mouse over.

The logo looks a little clunky. I don't like the nav you have. Move it up where the people don't have to scroll for it and get rid of the mouseovers.

Overall, the design is kind of plain.
