OK guys, thanks for the replys.

First off, to set the recors straight I didn't redoe the lofgo, Johnny from here did it for me. (just in case he thought I was trying to blag it as mine!!!!)
I'm gonna play around with it eventually and perhaps incorporate a graphic in it. (every time I try it looks real cheesy !!)

ok, full size ad is going to the top and i am going to change to 4 articles with slightly bigger sharper pictures....

Also Justin, pictures will be going on the front pages. As wierd as it seems the front page I plan to do last. Once I have all the articles etc... done I shall make some of these links from the home page with pictures.

Also good idea on the top bar saying where they are. I was thinking of a java ticker or does everyone just think that these are annoying. OK the majority are but if done properly and not over the top I think they can look ok sometimes. What do you think ?

Cheers Goth girl I'll have to get the text a touch bigger then test it on mac.

I shall get these changes done, and then hopefully submit the site in about 4-6 weeks changed and finished in full.

Any more reviews would be gratefully welcomed....

"Wanna be big" is a question - it should have a question mark. I agree with Justin's comments about the logo as well.

I do like the photos on the sub-pages, but they look rather fuzzy to me. Try running a sharpen filter on them - that might help. The Archives buttons are fuzzy looking too.

Have you thought about a possible female audience? It seems like most of your content is developed for a male audience. They may not be the majority, but there are women involved in this sort of thing. I don't really know much about it though....

I still don't think that this design is appropriate for your topic - too calm and traditional looking. I would go for something more exciting.

First thing I noticed, the font is one size too small for a Mac. I couldn't even read the site so I'm just going on what I could see here.

The bottom left side of the blue border is a little rough, as is the top, in fact. You should clean that up a bit.

And I agree that you should move a full sized banner to the top to fill in some space.

1) Put a full sized ad up next to the logo. It looks empty with just the little ad.

2) The grey bar under the logo part that has the menu doesn't need to be there 'cause there is already a menu on the side bar. Why not use that space to tell your visitors what page they are one (IE: Home / Muscles / Uhstuff).

3) The links on the very bottom are hard to read 'cause they are blue, and so it the bottom bar they are on. I would change it to white.

4) On to the logo. Now it looks better then the last one, but it's still missing that 'muscle' feel to it. I was just thinking: why not add someone flexing their arm as part of the G? That would look cool.

5) On the sub-pages I like how you use pictures next to each department. Why not add pictures to the main page?
