1. Add a “SKIP INTRO” link.
2. Make the Flash document EVEN smaller. It never loaded in my browser and I had to manually bypass it.
3. Defiantly work on that logo.
4. Your tables do not line up. I see the black navigation table sticking out on the left side.
5. Add some spacing around the form.
6. Fix your Meta tags. That’s just pitiful and they are repetitive.
7. Seriously think about your content and the legal aspect of this “venture”.

I just have to add that I really hate it when I have to pause winamp because someone has an automatic sound file on a website (usually I just leave).

The intro is totally pointless for this site (not that I watched it). Intro's work for fun, artistic sites, but this is more of a service. People should be able to get to the content as fast as possible.

I agree that colours are terrible, the layout is poorly thought out, the logo needs work. I am trying to refrain from criticizing the content...

Yeah, what's the deal with the meta tags?! I just waited 5 minutes for the intro to load, which I didn't like too much. I don't really like the colors, and I think that you should come up with a logo, instead of text. The top doesn't line up with the sidebar either.

Nope, it's not an adult site/porn site...

1) It shouldn't take that long for that short intro to load. I don't think it's in flash, so why not try converting it to flash and the loading time won't be as long.

2) You need a logo, and not just a text one. A real logo that can go on each and every page.

3) The navigation and content table cells are wider then the top header table. Make them the same width.

4) Move the main text away from the side menu.

Took a look at the source of the page while it's loading, and DAMN DAMN DAMN IT! It's an ADULT SITE! Thankfully, the page took so long to load that I didn't see anything.
