First, let me say that I like the fact that you added Flash to the site. Normally I can't stand waiting for long flash intros to download, but this one seemed to fit the site very well. Very fast-loading, solid, simple design.

One thing that confused me, is that I didnt have any clue as to what SCAHPERD stood for before I entered the site. Perhaps on the title, you could give the full form of the abbreviation, as well as a descriptive link script to go over those other acronyms on the main site. It would be most helpful to know what they stand for and what those organizations do.

The most important thing here, IMO, is that the acronyms have to go.

You also need to choose one basic logo for the entire site and use it on every page. Then you can incorporate the individual logos separately. A logo is very important for branding - people recognize logos and remember them.

The yellow for the mouseovers isn't working IMO - it looks very sickly and greenish with the blue.

The tables are messed up on the "Alliance Offiucers" page - the content table is overlapping the navigation for some strange reason.

Another glaring omission is that there is no place on here to contact you or the association. You should really have e-mail links on here. Have you tested that print form thing? It looks too small to print legibly. Why don't you create a HTML form to do that?

1) Get rid of the ugly counter. Get an invisible one or something.

2) Pick a logo for every. I like the one on the sub-pages, but I would center it.

3) The little curved corner on the top left is jagged around the edges. Get it as smooth as possible. Same for the bottom left one.

4) You could also make the menu a little wider so that some of the links aren't squished.

I'm normally not for sound in web sites, but I'd add some with the Flash intro. Make SURE you include a way to turn it off for people like me that surf at work. Good colors, quick loading. Two things I would change are:

1) Get a counter that doesn't display the current visitor number on the page. OR Start your counter with an artifically high number. When I see low hit numbers, I makes me think that other people know to stay away.
2) Include some way for me to decode the acronyms without clicking on them. They may be familiar to you, but to me, total confusion.
3) OK THREE Things! Make the design fit more than one screen resolution. The design looks small in 1024x768. It;'s a simple design, shouldn't be too hard to make it grow/shrink.

ill make this fast,
good design, loads fast and thats good. only improvement i can see is to add a what's new/news page, maybe put that as your default homepage. it would bring more people by daily.
also, theres not much in the form of interaction or feedback, maybe add a newsletter they can get or a poll or something (its not a big deal though, since the topic doesn't lend itself to much interactivity)
--Like the Flash into though, slick!
