Your clip-art definitely needs to be fixed. None of those look good. To get good clip-art, you'll probably have to go to a site like arttoday (http://www.arttoday.com) and pay for it, or hire someone to do it for you. I find that dingbat fonts work really well for icons (for some reason I think I might have seen a motorcycle one somewhere but I could very well be wrong about that).

I think this would look a lot better with graphic buttons and text, rather than bad clip-art. YOu can get a lot of really nice free navbars - try http://www.freegraphics.com - They've got a section for free page sets (go to web graphics, then try either control panels or families theme sets). All you'll have to do is add your text to the buttons.

I also agree with Justin that you should try putting the navbar across the top.

I usually really hate automatic sound files, but in this case it does work well. It's short, doesn't sound tinny, and suits the purpose of your site.

Is this your homepage? I don't think it looks professional (if that's what u want to achieve.)

The pictures are jagged and blur, and you're using Times New Roman in big size. Change the font to something like Verdana or Arial.

And also, plain red, yellow and white text mounted on a black background certainly isn't eyecatching to me.

Regards

Today's been a slow day...

1) Very cool logo.

2) The pictures around the logo are a little clip-art looking. I don't know. I don't really think it goes good with the site. I would maybe add a different symbol that has the same style to it?!?

3) Use the same layout for each page. For example: the links page has a different layout then the rest of the pages.

4) The sub-pages design/layout needs some work. Here's what I would try. First, place a smaller version of your logo in the top left corner. Then place a smaller version of all the links next to it, side by side. Try that out, and see if it works.

Overall I think it's a good improvement over your last design, which I do remember.
