I like the icon's on the right. they look nice. I think you should make a nother logo, one that is not just black and white. Try to include some blue into it so it fits in with the rest of the site.

Geez, some of the forums in "Webmasters Forums & WebSite Reviews" look awfuly familiar, except there is no "Help Forum" in them.

I agree, you need to come up with a new logo. And while you're add it, make the background transparent and choose different dimensions. I mistook the logo for a banner before actually looking at it.

The whole layout of the site is hard to use. I have to go through 5 links to get to the actuall forum, and even then I can't find the posts or where the posts would go.

I would go with a look like TWF. Have links to all the forums on the main page. And always keep in mind your competitor.

You will be competing with sites like TWFs, so talksonline.com has to be great in order to gain a lot of traffic.

I agreee that you should do something different with your navigation. Icons like that are okay when you only have a few navigation items, or for common sub-navigation (home, e-mail - stuff people can readily identify without having to put a text description with it).

If you can't remove the frame you should at least do something about the page backgrounds. It always looks strange when a framed page is trying to use the same background in each frame. Try using a solid blue on the left.

I think you need a better logo/site title. That black is just not working with the background. I would build on that light, striped background. A shorter, catchier title would be good too (just "TalksOnline" would be good - not everyone builds a site for business purposes).

Now, you need to get some conversations going!

1) Make the frame border invisible. Right now I can see a white border.

2) The menu is unorganized and all over the place. It took a while to find something.

3) That black logo doesn't go with the rest of the site, and it's just a text graphic. Come up with something more spicy.

4) I agree that the frames should be removed, but since it will be hard I guess you can't. If you programmed the board then I would have made it not use frames.

I like the icons, but they look cramped. Come up with a better navigation system.
