The page really looked nice. I do have some quips though. Thew navigation bar has those images, but in the images, the text is different sizes. Actually, now that I look back, only the interest points image is in a different size, but because of that, it made i tlook like all of them were different sizes. I didn't like that. Also, moving down the navigation bar just a smidge would help be a tad less cluttered (really isn't cluttered)...just a smidge down. As someone already pointed out, the onmouseover attribute only works in the <A> tag in Netscape. MSIE will accept it in the image tag, but you definately need it in the <a> tag. ANother thing you might want to do is on the top, you ahve that blue part. To the left are two leaves with a whiteborder aroudn them. In IE, it looks fine, but in NS, the iamge is close to the bottom of the blue part. This makes it looked squished. Try to fix that.

All in all, it really does look good. Just change those few things and it will be awesome.

Well everything looks pretty good. Good colors and good navigation

BUT (there's always a but )

The highlights on the rollove images isn't really neccassary because it can be done with CSS and it slows load time. It still looks good, though, so leave it.

I am assuming there arent any links because you have no content up yet.

I would definitly add more padding and make all the font sizes the same.

Very clean and professional looking. The look and feel really suits the hospital topic.

A couple of nit picky things - I think you should try moving the menu down a line and maybe widen it and add more padding. It looks kind of cramped in there.

The "interest points" font looks a couple of sizes smaller than the rest. In a menu like that all the fonts should be the same size. YOu might have to change the title from "interest points" to something shorter in order to fit it on a line in the same font size as the other words.

I also think that the logo and the header text should be moved a little closer together, and the logo should be a little futher from the edge of the page.

I really like your scalable design, and as I said before, the look and feel is really appropriate for your topic. Good job!

Edit: I just read Matt's message - I didn't even notice the frames until he pointed that out. This is a pretty good use of them IMO, but it doesn't really seem necessary.

I like it, a lot! Around the leaf in the logo, there is some white space outside of the big white border (it is really small). I wouldn't use frams, because that is just bad design. I love the mouseovers though and the colors go very well together! Nice!

Looks good so far. It's hard to give a really accurate critique without more content. I liked the subtle colors, but your page was a bit to stark. Try to blend in some more color, that would help alot.

Not bad... The colors go well together and the layout is very clean. I couldn't see the mouseovers, though, and from your code it looks like you didn't add a link to the images. The onMouseOver attribute should be added in the <A> link tag rather than in the image tag. Good job.

I agree with everyone that the colors are really appropriate for a hospital. I do however, feel that it needs one more color just to give it a little umph.

The navigation text should all be the same size. So either change interest points text to something that fits, or make all of the text smaller. I opt for making all of the text a little smaller. They just seem a little large to me.
