The red on the logo sticks out a bit too much I find.

On your menu I think you should use CSS to change the color when the mouse is over it.

In your Sub menu's, the header text (ie "CGI and Perl") should be in blue rather than black.

It is a useful site, I am gonna bookmark it. Great job.

Looks nice. Interesting colour scheme. I think the red is too bright though - something like #990000 would look better with the muted blue and yellow you have.

Being a 1024 user, I really like pages that scale to fit the window - nice!

I agree that better bullets and mouseovers would be nice for the side menu.

I think that with some of the categories that have a lot of questions, you should separate them into more specific categories (ie. for CSS you might have syntax, priority, how to... etc.)

1) I like it! Nice clean design, not overcluttered, and organized. Very nice.

2) In between the top part and the main content part is that bar that is not being used. Either get rid of it or add page titles. IE: home / cgi and perl / cgi programming faq

3) Add some better looking bullets to the side menu other than just '-'. Why not also add a mouse over color?

nice layout, but I'd suggest you to change the color of w with your images.

red on blue or anything blue. is a not a pretty combination.
