I really, really appreciate all of the feedback that I have gotten so far!

To keep this from becoming a lengthy post, I'll just say that I have bits and pieces from everyone that I'm going to put to use.

I've had tons of compliments and such so far on the site, but this is my first serious critique.

This is exactly the feedback that helps a website grow. I have read through a good number of posts so far today and have seen everyone get a fair share of reviews.

I hope that everyone takes these as constructive criticism! Here you get real third-party opinions...your visitors just may well be turned off by the same things, but they won't tell you...they'll just click away.

First of all Welcome to The Webmaster Forums! We look forward to reading all of your posts.

Great load time. Took me about 5 seconds. I am running a 56K connection. Although it looks kinda dull to me maybe add some more graphics. If there are graphics I won't mind any load time as long as it doesn't go past 15 seconds. For me waiting for 15 seconds I just click X and head to the next site.

Overall it looks good. I don't care for the text color you used on your logo. Try a darkish red. I like the drop-down box. I like your site a lot. It is just like CGI-Resource but Affiliate Program things. I like how you have the description underneath. I like the "Hits" and the Rating and stuff. I think you should put more than 5 on a page though. Put 10 instead. You should also put the drop-down box on every section not just the index. Overall it looks good and I think your site will be very useful to people.

1) You could make the black text on the logo with a grey drop-shadow if you wanted to. It would look bunches better.

2) Use some bullets for the side menu- also, I think it's to far spread out. That's just my opinion though.

3) You have a lot on the main page which could be spread out over the other pages better. Maybe list 2 or 3 programs maybe.

4) Make the layout and everything the same for each page.

It's actually taking awhile to load for me - seems like it's stalling on something..

Okay, as the others said, the drop shadow on the logo isn't working too well. Maybe if it was smaller and not as dark it would look okay.

The rest of your site is rather plain. You need a better colour scheme. Something brighter and more exciting. Maybe add some red or blue. The Navigation menu that is at the bottom of the page should be moved to the top - nobody's going to see it down there (hey! It's at the top on the rest of the pages!). I almost didn't notice the drop down navigation either.

One more thing - too many ads above the fold on some pages. It would be better if those two beside your logo was just one big one.

Oh - I cliked on "Affiliate Promote" and got a page with no navigation menu and a slightly diferent logo. That's confusing.

greet_me: I changed the cellpadding to an "8" on the home page. See what you think. I was so worried about "white space" that I didn't catch the stuff on the side.

I think the site looks pretty good. Agreed about the logo though, black was very hard to read. The page loaded quick, the layout out is good and the navigation is nice and easy for visitors. Overall its good.

I agree - the black text is hard to read. Consider changing it to a different color, or remove the drop shadow.

Also, you should probably add a little cell padding to the table that runs down the right side of the page. The text almost runs off of it. You might want to make a more distinct separation between the body text and the table text.

The rest of the page looks nice!

your logo : you shouldn't use a black colored text if your planning on putting a dropshadow in it. (It's hard to read)
