Looks pretty good.

I don't like the background. It is very distracting. Makes me kind of dizzy.

I don't like the logo at all! It looks terrible. Just all the different colors. Some of it is Italiced and some is bold and it is all screwed up.

I don't like the hard edges at the bottom of the table type thing. I don't think I like the site at all actually.

I don't like the buttons. It looks all uneven. It seems just all messed up. Sorry!

I think the layout is pretty good. I think the logo needs some work though. I also think you could maybe get by with a plain white background in stead of a bunch of "ideanhost.com" in the back. I think the plain white might look more professional. The pop up you have right now when you visit the page i dont think is needed. Who ever reads those things anyways. I never do. But thats up to you i guess. I think the layout is find though and like justin said, it gets the job done.

1) The background image is a little too dark in my opinion. Kinda distracts from everything else...

2) The need that blue border around the whole page, 'cause at the bottom at cuts off the little menu there. Also about the menu: the buttons arn't great. They look "old."

3) The logo needs help. Right now it's just text + this pictures of a suit. I would hire someone to create you a cool company logo.

4) The overall design + layout arn't bad, and they get the job done. It all looks overcrowded though with text and tables with borders...
