Both look really good. Just a couple of quick comments:

Free Screen Savers

The navigation table on the right isn't aligned right - the links aren't centered in the middle of it, they're kind of to the right and it looks weird. You also might want to try moving it up to get rid of the white space on top. On the Top rated page it's on the left and down a bit instead of the right side. The "Random" link doesn't work.

That pop-up that's always coming up about the newsletters is really annoying.

Desktop Themes

Interesting geometrics here. That white rounded part on the right side looks kind of weird.... that should be changed somewhow. I would also change that dark blue or the background so they contrast a bit more. The white content part seems to be cut off at the bottom - weird. "The Sites" should be called "Top Sites" or "links" to be more specific, and should probably go below your internal links - you don't want to be sending people to other sites right away.

Your navigation system isn't too good on either of these. It would be good if you didn't have to go back home to get around the site.

They look really good though! Keep up the good work.

desktop themes has a table problem -- it isn't fitting properly in NN 4.6. I think the banner is shoving the table wider than it should be.

free-desktop-themes.com: I like it. Great use of the "pen tool" in photoshop. Good use of colors, also. You might want to make rounding corners at the bottom.

free-screen-saver.com: needs a little work- at 800x600 there is a white gap to the right. Make a background image with the red and gray and that will solve that problem. Doesn't look quite as exciting as free-desktop-themes.com.

http://www.free-screen-saver.com could use some work, it did not fit correctly in my browser (IE4 800X600).

I loved http://www.free-desktop-themes.com , the graphics on that page are just great!
