Yup, you definitely need some sort of a logo or fancy title at the top of the page. It would also be really nice if you used percentage widths rather than an absolute width of 800 for your tables.

I personally wouldn't have put those two colours together, but they don't look too bad. I also don't like the font on the main page. It just makes it look to cluttered. Arial is much cleaner.

Your navigation system is very good. Some of your links on the main page don't seem to be going to the right places though.

I dont like the color scheme, but the design is good!! you might want to try some different colors, and also maybe try to listen to "captain14"

Looks good, but needs a logo like Grandmaster said, I also don't like the "click here to bookmark this page", I would remove that.

Looks to me like it might be a nice site.
You need a logo, instead of that banner at the top of your page. There needs to be some spacing (Padding) in between the tables. That should make it look pretty good. Overal your site is pretty nice.
