Just a few things I found very unprofessional about your site.

1- You have a guestbook.
2- You are offering ADVERTISING space on your own site!
3- You have a link to one of those 'get paid to surf' programs.

Also,why don't you do not have a Portfolio on your site?

I don't know the whole history of your design, but I'll give my comments anyway..

Firstly I think the site is a little too bland as far as colours go. Something a little brighter and bolder is needed IMO.

On the Services and Pricing information, don't center the form, and make all those fields before the textarea the same size.

Maybe push that logo together a bit more so there isn't so much space in between the text, globe thing, and url.

Well, I don't know if you'll listen - but you really should use some kind of bullets for the side menu, 'cause it would make it look more organized.

I don't like the black background, especially on a professional site. But, well I'm not sure. You made it look pretty good, but I would still stick with a while background.

Also about the menu- I wouldn't make it so it's directly to the left of the logo, I would move it down so the menu starts where the main body of the page starts.

I don't like your little menu on the bottom of each page either. The one with the '((' and '))'.

Whoops- I accidently hit the send button on the contact page What I said above, about the logo and side menu alignment: it looks good how you did it on the sub-pages...

A lot better, just make your main logo a little bigger, like as wide as the text you have below it.
