I really like the nav buttons at the top as well - but also don't like how you don't see where they go until you hover over them.

I really like the yellow and dark gray - it's really sharp looking. But the background on the white space has to go - I can't read the text at all.

The nav shows a lot of talent and professionalism - I think that you just need to make the rest of the site fit that same mold.

Bad Points

It is taking me a pretty long time to load.

I don't like how the background stays there and the text can scroll.

I also agree that the graphics are outdated.

On the graphic thing going across the middle of the page it is rounded it has edges.

It takes a while to learn where to find to go somewhere.

After I click on one of the topics from the top I have to click on something else on the side.

I couldn't find anything real good about this site sorry. I also agree that the old design is better. Much better. The old one loads quicker too. This one might be beyond fixable.

Hmmm- interesting... I think I liked the old design much better though.

You need to get used to NOT using frames. Frames are what people used 2-3 years ago, but now tables are much better. I would think you page would be very easy to convert to tables...

Your graphics arn't the best either. It looks like you used ms paint or something, 'cause they look outdated.

Your menu on the top of your page is very original, and I like it. But I don't like how you have to put your mouse over the images to find out what each one is. It would also work better if it would take you to the page, instead of refreshing the side menu.

Finally, your background is a little dark, and sometimes makes it hard to read the text.

Overall it needs some work...

Well, um... okay... First of all those frame borders look terrible in Netscape. I don't really agree with your colour scheme, but, whatever, it's your page. Your backgrounds are too busy though, it's hard to read the text - especially the welcome and updates on the left side.

Are you the one that just doesn't like tables? Well learn to! There's no reason to be using this many frames here.

Looks really wierd at 1024. Oh, all that stuff is one big background. You might want to do something about that.

How come I have to click on Projects twice to get to the actual projects page? That button on the top should send you directly to the projects page. Oh, okay... don't send people to pages with nothing but an under construction sign. Please.
