I didn't see any mouseover affect. Maybe it is just my browser? (IE 5.x) Colors are kind of ugly. I guess it is ok. I don't really know how to do this one...

Goof for a school class.

Try to avoid the horizontal scrolling bar in the main frame.

The Graphics are hard to read and the mouseovers load slowly because you dont preload. You should add preloading.

Overall it's an easy to navigate site and clean. It's a good start.

I personally think the blue text on black is really hard to read.

Also a lot of the graphics seem kind of 'jaggy'. They need to be cleaned up.

I also can't read the navigation very well at all. The hover is a nice effect, but the font, and having it black to start makes them really obscure.

Each of the individual pages could use a little more consistency. Meaning that each should have a similar looking title bar and layout.

Great start! I like to see sites that actually have content in them!
