Eww get rid of the "splash" page. It took me 3 seconds to load. I am connected at 36.6.

Main Page:

Make your self a logo.
The bottom frame...what can I say about that except that I can't read what it says all I see is the pictures.
I don't think this site is revivable just go with a whole redesign.
It's got a very unique design (if you know what I mean) to say the least.

Also sorry if I sounded harsh just it was the only way to critique this work of art.

The splash page would be ok if the logo was centered and it only said "enter." It didn't take three minutes to load for sure...

The overall design isn't the best. But if they just moved everything from frames to tables then it would look a lot better. I think it needs a new design

Well, the design is REALLY bad:

the frames dont look good (to small)

the splash page thing took three minutes to load, and all it is is one link and a logo.
