    <description> &lt;p&gt;I liked your site, but there are a few things about it that I would change:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-I would get rid of the frames. Maybe it&#039;s just me, but I don&#039;t like them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Instead of frames, you could use tables, and it would EXACTLY like a frame, and its browser friendly. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You said that you have a site map in the &quot;Overview&quot; Paragraph. Maybe you could make that a link to your site map.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All in all, it was designed well.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Good morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just a few thoughts to help you out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. One your homepage let people know what the page is about, not how the technicals are done. Most people don&#039;t know what CCS are much less care.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Try to put the pop-up in the menu frame. That way it only pops up once. (I don&#039;t know if it can be done as I don&#039;t use Geo)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Select a color scheme and stick with it for the whole site. Title bar and menu. Put something active in your title bar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/p&gt;
