About the logo, my graphic designer uses Photoshop and Illustrator to make it. I guess you have to learn more on photoshop and illustrator before doing those graphic. Have a nice day!

You said the contact form doesn't fit but what I seen in both 640x480 and 600x800 resolution looks nice. Nothing bad happened.

I like the logo. But when I set my resolution to 640, for some strange reason I couldn't scroll to see the rest of the page.

Looks good,

the contact form doesnt fit the frame,
you should have a logo in the same place on every page.

wow the enter picture looks very good, what did you use to make it? it looks very professional!! the layout is good but the way the navigation etc work is a bit awkward, and you may want to reconsider the placement of your menubar!!
