Just don’t over use them or use them where other technologies can be used. </p> <p>If you’re going to worry about compatibility and frames, you might as well design your pages without images and any client-side scripting (Java/JavaScript). But it’s still something to think about.</p> <p>I’ve personally never liked the looks of frames much; the only site I’ve used them on professionally is <a href="http://www.guineapigpub.com." class="bb-url">www.guineapigpub.com</a>. And if I were going to do that site over again (which I will be soon, but with a totally new layout) I’d use SSI for the navigation.</p> <p>Your navigation images defiantly need some work (as said). No scroll bars, no borders, etc... On your site I can tell you use frames because there is a scroll bar for the navigation. So I would use tables...</p> <p>Your graphics look "old fashioned" also. Actually, they don't look "high tech" is a better word.
