Hi. You definitely need to fix the thing to make it fit at 800x600. If it doesn't fit at this resolution, you're going to lose the majority of your visitors (unless you designed the site with the specific intent of high-res visitors).

Things I liked:

I like the colors, they are eye-pleasing and blend in well with the logo
I also like how the photos are arranged and the quality of the photos

Things that you could improve on:

It looks unorganized with everything overlapping the various shades of green- assign something to a shade and keep it in only that area.
The animated buttons look cheap. Remove them
I would follow the advice of CDS and make the nav bar smaller, so you can fit everything to 800x600 with no sideways scrollbars.

Well sorry to say it doesn't all fit on my screen at 800x600, so I feel sorry for 640x480 users. I really think you need to get rid of all those flashing things as well and maybe look at doing something with your menu. I went to another page, - more flashing things...aaahhh, thats enough of those, they really have to go I think. Animated gifs are one thing, but those....
