Hmmm-

1) colorful (don't know if thats good or bad)

2) i hate frames- but if your going to use them then make border="0". you don't have to use frames for your site.

3) different type of navigation. drop-downs don't work well.

4) a lot of java on the main page which makes it really slow.

I would use some other form of navigations, that little box at the top is hard to find... You might want to add a search engine to your site like Yahoo or Excite (Or dlo.net lol). Also, make the frames non resizable. Those java applets take for ever to load as well.
