Well it is diffrent... I think ?
the open page drop it .
it takes to long to load . the look is ok but the way your nav is all cramped together makes for a mess...

You could do as everyone above has said to srink compress the graphics you do have . and try adding more navigation to the inner pages... Other than that is nice just needs litle touches here and their ... out

The load time was a bit long... but I can't really talk about that and not be a hypoctit.

I like the feel of the page, related well to the overal theme of the name. Am I making any sence?

fishouttawater.net for those of you who don't want to look at mermayd's profile.

I liked the overall look of your page. Nice continuity thru-out the site. The graphics have a nice mermaydish feel to them.

Couple of points.
1. The front page graphic could be reduced in size (KB not inches) and because you are not using mouseovers does not need to be chopped up. Try running your site through netmechanic.com/accelerate.htm.

2. Some of the graphics seem to have noise behind them.

3. The shadow needs to be lighter

4. Make allowances for navigation back to the home page from all the other pages.

5. On the photo pages I liked the solo pop up but the others that opened a regular window not letting you know that a new window was opened need to be changed.

Overall 8/10
