Netscape is a pain as far as tables go but IE is not. At any rate your code would have to be very dirty to slow loading to this level.

I think you have a problem with your images - ie. your mainbg2.jpg. Try changing all your jpg's to gif.
Instead, why not specify table bgcolors with style sheets to cut down on images?

I asked my server people and they said it had to be my HTML. OH well, the second design in a row that something has gone wrong. I'm now working on the same thing, only simplifying the tables, and then I'm going to test it on a few servers.

UPDATE: Well, I tried making the background a solid color, but it still didn't work. Is this a bug in HTML or what?

Works for me, but still takes ages to come up (on a T1) - Graphics only that is.

I had a look with IE4+5, it took ages to load and the Contact page had some of the red background showing in the table. This cleared when page reloaded. Wierd!
Maybe it's your server?

Thanks. I figured out what was wrong, and I'm fixing it now. Finally, a version of my site that works in BOTH browsers.

UPDATE: Well I thought I knew what was wrong with it, but it seems it didn't fix it. Now it just keeps loading, and loading. Please help!

Hmm.. when I went to the first one, only half of the yellowish background came up (almost halfway through the under construction text), then I reloaded it and it didn't show up at all in the under construction section except for a couple small dots, but if I changed windows and went back to that one it would show completely.

Strange.
