Looks fine in IE5. They are only different when you use tables and frames and a few other tags, but mostly they work the same.

The main elements affected by browser change are = tables and forms fields.

The best course of action is to develop for N and let IE (which is more code lenient) take care of itself.

Just looked at in in NS 4.5 and IE5 and it looked almost identical and not awful;)
UPDATE: Looks fine in NS4.61 also...these are all on a PC
