Looks good to me! Nice, consistent look, not too many colours or gimicks. I would maybe try using the black a little more though - it kind of looks out of place just in the logo and border. I like the look of the red that you've used here and there (the "nuevo" image near the top) - maybe you could use that a little more as well.

I'm interested to see what your thinking is on the 640 x 480 issue. You may decide that most webmasters are using bigger resolutions and decide that it doesn't matter if 640 x 480 users are excluded.

Your logo should link back to the home page. Maybe there's another link somewhere that goes back to it, but since I don't understand spanish....

[red]Overall impression[/red]:
Looks like a nice site. From what I saw I think it's a webmaster site (if it isn't, the introduction to cgi, references to some image types, and multiple mentions of the word webmaster makes it seem so). I would have taken the time to read some of the content if I could understand it.

[red]Things that stuck out (bad)[/red]:
- A hover effect on links was almost non-existant. [As a surfer, I prefer to see color changes over from plain text to bold.. I don't need to think I'm using netscape]
- In reference to the above comments by kidjustino, I agree that there seems to be too much black space above the logo. My recommendation: A little would probably be more suitable than too much or none at all.
- The fourth column seems to be there just to take up space, and really seems to be that way on a few of the content pages (where the third column is nowhere to be seen)
- Your pages (besides the main one) don't seem to be colourful enough.
- The copyright text at the bottom of your pages looks a little cramped because of the underline.

[red]Things that stuck out (good)[/red]:
- Nice choice of colours on the front page.
- I really like that post with the thumbtack image.

Nice! Here are my thoughts:

1) there is a little too much black space on the top of your logo. I would "crop" it.

2) Your bar that you have subscribe to your email doesn't fit in their. I would change it somehow.

3) Doesn't look right having two side bars next too each other.

4) I would put bullets next too the links on the left side bar.

5) the site is too wide for 640x480 screen resolutions.

1) allí es un poco demasiado espacio negro en la tapa de su insignia. " lo cosecharía ".

2) su barra que usted hace que suscriba a su email no cabe en su. La cambiaría de alguna manera.

3) no mira la derecha que tiene dos barras laterales después también.

4) pondría puntos negros después también las conexiones en la barra del izquierdo.

5) el sitio es demasiado ancho para las resoluciones de la pantalla 640x480.
