It came up pretty quickly for me, but there might be a problem in Netscape since you're using Front Page (sometimes it generates code that Netscape doesn't like).

I don't really like the frames either. The scroll bar really cuts into the page. I would either fix it so it won't scroll or get rid of it altgether.

I don't think that you need to have more colours. Two colours are fine really, but maybe you could try to use the blue more often.

Only one of the links on your image map works.

I am just a newbie to web design myself, but one thing that I can say with confidence is that using small gifs instead of raw text links for your menu would make the page far more attractive. They would be small in size too so the page would still load fast.

yep, pretty much agree with kid on this one. Reduce the frame border to 0 at least. As for color, well, no disrespect, but the whole appearence is kinda boring and something really wants doing to spice up the menu in the left frame. Make some buttons, change the font style, color, etc, or something, also reduce the size of the logo in the left frame and make the frame smaller, that will give you more room in the right frame which really contains your site content..

Well the server took a while to respond and load everything.

1) pretty basic page, i would get rid of the frames, or at least make the frames invisable.

2) your big logo leads to no page

3) i would put a bullet style thing next to each of your links on your left frame.

4) i would use tables instead of frames.

5) not enough color.
