I like it, but you can improve:

1) i would make the border a little less-wider.

2) you have two logos, i like the one is the left column.

3) i like the border around "other sections." i would make all the link-parts that way (like custom scripts, cool sites, etc...).

4) on the sub-pages the little logo on the left side is white, not the light yellow/orange color. i would also fill in that bar with something, it's mostly blank.

5) i would customize your search page(s), right now it's the default Gossamer-Threads Links page. also, the add.cgi, etc... don't work. you forgot to define a path to one of the things.

6) in your Misc. script category you have directories for all these different kind of scripts, i would take the directories out of the misc. category and put them on the main site.
