Digital Pimp you should update your browser, not only will it not lose information when you mistype your password byt it will actually store the latter information so you do not have to retype it everytime...

I agree with everyone else that the bottom frame needs to go. Also:

1) the left bar-nav-thing has the links spread out all the way down the page. you will probably want to use the valign="top" attribute to align it to the top of the cell.

2) the top-bar-thing that has links isn't centered on the page. i would either center it or left align it.

3) you are leaving out 640x480 people.

4) you might want to change the text color of the "pic of the day" etc... to black instead of white. it will make it a little easier to read. the q'n'a and live chat button-things are aligned all the way to the right so a 640x480 screen res. won't notice them.

All of the above, plus...

- Frames on the bottom are generally not a good idea. People read pages from top to bottom, and a frame at the bottom interrupts them where they expect to be continuing to read. You will sometimes see ads in a frame at the bottom; this is designed to interrupt your reading so that you will look at the ad. When you don't have anything that you want to interrupt people with, though, you should get rid of frames like that.

- The pale ochre on white (links) is too pale and difficult to read. It's very nice on the deep red of the navbar, but too pale on white.

- By the way, in personal experience, Links (by Gossamer Threads) is much better than IndexFinger and also is free to evaluate and play with (free to non-commercial sites as well).

- My standard critique: page size. Your home page weighs in at roughly 150 KB. A good maximum is about 75-85 KB; some people will tell you 35-40KB, but I find that a little bit extreme. There are a couple of things you can do to reduce this considerably:
--- your girl-in-bikini image is huge, 30+ KB. This is because it's actually a bigger image that you're showing; you're using the HEIGHT and WIDTH attributes to change the size via the browser. This is a big no-no. If you do the same in your image editor, then the image will look the same - in many cases better - and will take about 50% less time to load.

--- A full 32KB is taken up by the <noframes> section in your frameset page. 99% of your users will never be affected by this. Rather than slow things down by sending your whole home page twice, simply make the <noframes> section say "click here to visit our frame-free home page". After all, VERY few people are using browsers that don't do frames.

Well it is a well designed site so I will just list a few flaws:
- not sure if I like the [...] in the top menu
- the right menus seem lopsided to me because of the text alignment.
- the main page by the picture seemed empty.
- what is the point in the ../main text under the menu img?

Not bad...

The first thing I would get rid of is the bottom frame - it's totally pointless and kind of squished on the bottom of my screen.

Overall, there's something bugging me about your layout, and I can't seem figure out exactly what the problem is... The right side with the current events and readers poll, for example, should go in one long column, rather than single boxes stuck to the side - that looks kind of weird.

Also, I think it might be nice if you had some more pictures here and there (like on the "Style" page - that one looks good) - every page on here is almost exactly the same, it would be nice to see some variation.
