In the end, your site's biggest problem is in the content department. While some of the subpages have some stuff, much of the site seems like a full-page ad. The main page should always reflect what's in the site, and beyond links to subpages everything on your page was advertising. While stuffing your page with ads may seem like a good way to make money, people simply aren't going to visit your page if that's all it has.

As to the design, most of my comments have already been given (Megs in particular). Specific examples of bad colours: Links page, and Nostalgia page (hmmm... blue links on a blue background... sounds like a great choice for ease of reading!).

OK, it is much better than before.
I would still consider a white bg, and replacing purple with blue.

I still think that you have too many colours on there (that don't match). Pick two colours that go togehter and use them with black or white. If you don't have an eye for which colours match, find somebody who does, or look at what other sites have used.

I also think that every page should have the same basic design - at least the same colours. You should also have a more extsive navigation bar on all pages (like the one on the left side of the home page) - oops, that's just the "Nostalgia" page.

There are a lot of good freebie sites out there - you need something to make yours stand out from the rest. A more unique and eye-catching logo would be a good idea as well.

The colour scheme is still quite garish I would suggest more white

- some of the text colour combinations need working on ie: yellow text/green cell bg
- you need some kind of text introduction to your site.
