WOW!!! Love the changes, this web site is amazing---love that drop down menu on the side. Normally I (personally) wouldn't have much fun at a body builders site but I really enjoyed it so I can only imagine what "body builders" will think of it .
Thank you for changing the viewing sizes --(my computer had a terrible melt-down last time I tried changing mine)

Can anyone take a look at my changes, I've added a lot of blue and tried to make it viewable in the 3 most common screen resolutions. JP - any chance of another rating?

- I would get rid of this message:
'There are no pop-up ads on this site!'

- Your site though well designed is very dull and need some colour as it almost depresses me
- The drop down lat menu is a very nice touch as are some of the faded bg's.

Hi guys,
I've used a lot of javascript and style sheets on my site and need some feedback on how it all turns out. Particularly the layout at 800x600 or higher resolution. I've made it as cross-browser as I can too, so if you have any problems there let me know. Comments on overall look as well please.
