Do yourself a favor and sit on this until you have the time to run it yourself! As was previously stated, you could... no WOULD get much more monthly once you got this rolling than your current offer.

Either keep it yourself or as was previously stated, lease it to someone else to run for you while you are otherwise engaged.

Yes, I know I could earn quite a bit of money each month if I finished it but I simply don't have the time due to other projects. Everything is done on the site EXCEPT For the graphics in the members section - the CGI billing system is installed and everything. J.P., what is a better offer? 2k, 3k, what? Well, from everything you're saying you want to sell it, so sell it. You may be able to get more, but $1,500 is a good price for something you don't want anymore or have time to develop. I'm sure you'll find time to spend or invest $1,500 though, hehe.
