- To start with 2 banners at the top of the page is a bit much!
- Also the page starts off centered and then is aligned to the left.
- I think a trip to the barter forums to trade for a good logo design would not go amiss

I think you should have an intro page and then go into different sections. It's too overwhelming to look at on the first page.

The different colored stars really hurt my eyes for some reason. And some of them are wrapping to the next line which makes it hard to see what links have what stars.

I would make the subheadings pop a little more so it's really obvious.

Just like everyone else...I bookmarked it too! I think it's a great service!

I too have added this to my bookmarks.

I would like to see the font a little larger. There seems to be plenty of room for the table to expand and these tired eyes would like to be able to see the names through the blur.

Also it might be nice to put the site names in alphabetical order so that one could go back to a site easier.

I think it's a great resource, I've added it to my clip art bookmarks .
I tend to agree with John that a review and especially a brief description of the sites would be very helpful. Take it one step further and add a "search" feature. Looking for clip-art can be a really time consuming chore. The easier you make it the more your visitors will appreciate your efforts and return.
I think your logo could use some work, it's about the same size as your subheadings and should stand out a lot more. Give your subheading "top font sites" a transparent background.

The table border seems a bit wide, it makes the border stand out too much.

The colored stars are distracting on a front page.

I think the site will need to have some personal reviews of the sites you are linking to. That way, you can use the stars as your "overall rating" at the end of each review.

The page looks really link-heavy. Perhaps some text introducing the site would break up the overflow of links a bit.

Overall, the site concept is excellent, you'll just need the personal reviews.
