Are you getting paid for mp3 searches? If not, you should definitely point them to Lycos' MP3 search (http://mp3.lycos.com).

Oops, and what would you do to the images? Its unlikely to find them of the same size, and I dont want to scale them, or should I?

JP, Did you notice I have ubb running on my site. You are right its slow, but at least it looks good. I have a hard time getting people use it though. Do you have an idea on how to market it on my site?

The MP3 server is down. I hope its not permanent.
The .community thing - Why dont you ask hitbox.community? Thats where I stole it.

I have the problem that now with two main tables on my site, I want the colums of the first one o have all the same langth. It works in NS, cuz thats what I tuned i for. But in IE the form elements have a different height, so that the left column gets longer. Is there anything I can do?

I would use the left column design for the right column.
Also have all your images the same size and spell check! re: Another US School shotting.

A few more points:
- you're go button reminds me of the 'goto' one and does not look go with your site colours.
- You're MP3 search is not functional...
- Can I use your 'gokewl.com munity' idea?

I put some images in there. It really makes the whole page look a little looser to the eye. I will probablz realign the page so that the images would be in the left comlumn and get rid of the extra search boxes. I only put them there to fill some extra space

Hey again Malte,
Yeah!! much nicer balance now , I'm not sure if you need to repeat the searches on the bottom but they do keep your articles from looking lonely down there --- maybe that would be a good space to put the pics of the articles if you choose to go in that direction.
I'm almost having a "RED" overdose but that could just be me . Keep up the great work!!

Hi,

I totally revised the thing again. I think its "the bomb" now. I really hated yesterdays look. But I think all the inconsistency is gone now.

Carolyn, the image is a really good idea!!!! Did you notice I got rid of the hacking section as you recommended?

goKewl.com now has a second staff member. Well, he doesnt get paid anything but it helps a lot keeping stuff updated.

I think what Im gonna do is put the eMail login in the left column. Make the award thing consistend with the other black headers/red tables, and then have red headers on the right side.

That would leave the banner stay n its own row. I might put some more vertical white space between banner and header. I had a really hard time controlling that space. For some odd reason it always looks different in NS and IE.

Hey Malte,
I really love what your doing with your site, it is more crowded now-- but that's the way portals are!!!-- Full of stuff . I still think that a picture or two would be nice, maybe down next to the articles explaining the articles -- -might create a little interest for your viewers. Like JP mentioned that e-mail box and banner aren't quite aligned, that part of the page looks a little off to me, maybe the free web mail could go down in that empty space--bottom/right?
One last thought, that search box in the center might look cool spread out (page separater style) If you want a better explanation ask me

oh last thing, to anyone who's reading this, I'm sorry I've been so slow responding in here, I've been working on my own site that I hope will be up someday very soon
