I'm really sorry to say this but I think I liked your old site layout/colors a little bit better. I wish the two were both up so I could go back and compare them. Menu bar looks a little bit funny, the text is aligned to the top leaving a lot of empty grey space (could be because I looked in Netscape?) Right column could be narrower---I have to scroll to see "blank space".

Thank you very much for your opinions. I decided to change my background to white. I think It would look better, although I will keep the black image at top inside of a black table, what do you think of that?

Try to make everything thats black now -> white. That way it would look a lot more professional.

The menu on th left kinda bothers me. Consider to use images instead of hover links. Especially in Netscape they must be major boring.

Also, I would use white instead of grey text on the green. That would make a better contrast.

I just noticed that the middle part are 2 nested tables. Try to make it one. That would not only make the page load faster but also make it look more organized because the structure of both comlumns would be similar.

Hi The overall site looks kinda dark. Your logo looks great but the text beside it does it no justice. It might look good with some sort of navigation or jumplist sort of thing there. Also the green table cells dont fit in well with the page either They also have alot of unused space. try reducing the size of the table cells to match the content in it.

My suggestion would be to use a grey color for the headers backgrounds instead of green.

As to the point of would I buy/sign-up for something from your site. Yes, I would because the site appears professional, although not a top notch commericial design. Couldn't tell what your page was about though (language barrier).
