It's happened many times to me. Even though it's very disturbing you HAVE to keep your cool. The best things to do is not even answer back, just go on with daily life. But, if you must answer back, make sure not to show your anger. People will remember that and remember your immaturity. So be careful no matter what you do. And take the comments as constructive criticism the best you can.
