I have approximately 5 clients with them. They have been responsive both by telephone and email. Their control panel is limited compared to some, but has all the basics. They did charge a few of my clients an extra $5 a month for PHP and only offer mSQL with their lower priced UNIX packages (I prefer mySQL).
