Honestly, I'm not sure about the IP address stuff you're talking about, but I do know that ThinkHost offers additional domains for a one time setup charge of $25 each, no additional monthly fees.

I also read somewhere that ThinkHost also encourages reselling. I've been hosted there for a few months now with nothing but great things to say about them

I forgot to mention that Dzones does not offer VP-IP address and if I sell web space and someone does a traceroute it shows the DNS of Dzones unlike the resellers package that offer VP for an additional charge the only disadvantage is the monthly fees for each additional domain. I have found a few resellers hosters that I am considering.

Does anyone have any suggestions ???
