&lt;p&gt;I use pci - smaller but I have never had a problem with them.  RMI is used before and wasn&#039;t thrilled with them - but they were going through some growing pains.  You might find you like them now.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Finding a host with a well-connected network (multiple backbones) is the key. As Justin said using a host located in another country is more noticeable then a host on the east or west cost of the United States.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your site is the “Denver Colorado QuickTime Archive” and 50% or more of your visitors are going to be from the immediate area, then look into a local host. Otherwise just find a US company with a redundant connection.&lt;/p&gt;
