Westhost offers all the features you require. Also, although their VS1 plan doesn't quite have the bandwidth you need, I highly recommend DIS.

I agree with Curtis, though. You're expecting too much for the price you're willing to pay.

In my opinion, you are asking way too much. You can't hardly even buy anything in this world for $2 - $10 these days, neverless go out to eat. And you are wanting a professional service for about the same price it cost to eat at MCDonalds? Like they always say, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't expect the best service for $10, don't forget all the expenses that are involved just for someone to charge your credit card and set you up.

Having a business online is the cheapest way to get a business started and hasn't ever been this cheap. Go try to rent a place and pay for all of things required and tell me if you can do better than what you can online? If you are really serious in doing business, then paying more than $10 a month, should be no big deal, because it isn't. Just think how much it would be just to rent a place if there was no Internet.

Just my thoughts.
