Its very hard to find a webprovider that give unrestricted bandwidth. I do read the TOS, but most of all web hosting company has stringa attach to it on how bandwidth is use. I am not sure if you are confusing "unlimited" and "unrestricted" - but, most hosts have a policy stating what they do and don't all (in the way of material) on their servers.
