I'm not a client, but I think their server speed is great. TWF is hosted by them, if that tells you anything. I've heard their support is pretty good also.

Like Chad says, It hasn't been easy street for DIS this fall. They have been extremely unlucky I would say, brand new quality hardware acting up etc. But in their favor they work hard to remedy the problems and above all: They keep their customers informed.

DIS is a great host in my opinion, put it like this: I am about to get a second account.

I will leave the comments (good or bad) up to others but I would like to comment on your question regarding the hack to TWF.

The hack to TWF was done to TWF and was not related to any other site on our servers (kind of like the hack to your site) as stated several times.

We have been having some unusual problems this month with two of our servers (one UNIX and one NT - the UNIX server is the one that TWF is on). No content has ever been lost as far as we know. Of course, when the server is down there is downtime and FTP problems but all of our clients know why the server was down each time as soon as we get things stable again.

I am not going to praise Dynamic Internet Solutions because we have been far from perfect this year... Things have been an absolute nightmare. Anyway, if you would like more information, drop me an e-mail and I will be more than happy to send additional information.
