Another would be what sort of connection they have to the Internet backbone. If they offer less than redundant T3 or DC3 connection, i.e T1, keep looking. There are too many hosts that do offer this or more to mess with somebody who doesn't.

I think 24/7 solid tech support is #1. If you have a server problem of question you need to be able to speak (or email) with someone who knows what's going on and who has the authorite to take action (not just take a message for some sys admin who only comes in 3 days a week!)
