I would suggest get a Dedicated Server and run from it with high CPU and RAM storage then you will be all set to host a LIVE Real Server.

To have a live video on a server takes up tons of CPU and slows down the server. You might can find a host that offers this, but I wouldn't recommend it. Your best bet would to be get real video that just plays the taped video, not live.
