    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;   Forms are usually implemented on a normal web page, so...&lt;br /&gt;
   HTML/Javascript to create the web pages &amp;amp; forms; or,&lt;br /&gt;
   If you are dealing with a database that has ODBC driver, coldFusion is an option.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;   Perl/C++/anything you want to create the cgi middleman.&lt;/p&gt;
