I think in the head section, it is something like:

<BASE target="_parent">
or
<BASE target="_top">

or something close to that?

DoubleOk Once again you are correct and Maverick: you have finally grasped my problem that is exactly why I am stuck on this. I want the page to load inside the frame but when people click on the link the page they get taken to breaks out of the frame. I think I have explained this three times now and DoubleOK understands perfectly. If I had the time I would happily take up on your offer but now I would appreciate your help instead and to get this working. It was a figure of speech so don't get all worked up about it and start getting all agro because I can't be bothered with a flame posting. If I came and had a look at your page and accused you of hotlinking someone's elses page I don't think you would appreciate it either.

So can anyone please help?

~Vy~

P.s. can i go to?

Really? I go to that URL and hit links. There are 3 links on that page and EVERY one of them opens up inside noggy.net frames with noggy.net banners top and bottom. Check it for yourself. I don't give a damn about where the script originates or how it's called. The end result is that the site that is linked to is framed inside noggy.net and any attempt to bookmark said site will bookmark noggy.net instead.

And vy, don't let your ego write checks that your body can't cash. I'll be happy to provide my address and half of your air-fare if you think you're man enough to take a poke at me.

Hey Maverick,

If you would be in the same country as me I'd smack you for such a cheecky comment. No I am not latching on to someone else's work it is my own!!!!!!

DoubleOK you are correct.If you go to http://www.noggy.net/testsite/ then choose Links from one of the menu's you will be taen to the page I am reffering to.

I had to put the cgi links page on another host as the people hosting my noggy net are clueless and cannot tell me what my absolute path is for my cgi-bin directory so I got it working on another one of my sites. I have then used an inline frame link to latch on to that page so that even though noggy does not support cgi it does now

The problem is because its in a frame it loads all the links inside the page. If you add your url to the link list and then try opening it from there you will see what I mean. What I need is some html command or something that basically says: Open all links on this page as _parent.

Thanks

~Vy~

Point 1: You're framing other sites as if the material was your own. Search the forum for a few threads on how we all feel about the people that do "frame" tricks like that.

Point 2: Inline frames are IE only.
