    <description> &lt;p&gt;The first thing you have to decide is what server you will be using. This determines what server-side language to use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you dont know much already, you are best buying a text book and working your way through it. Then use the CGI forum for advice.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;This might get a better response in either the CGI or the other languages forum.. to do this you will need a server-side language like Perl, ASP, PHP, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You might be able to find a script to do it already made at&lt;br /&gt;
