    <description> &lt;p&gt;It&#039;s not Dreamweaver, JavaScript has it so it  pops to the top of the page, or reloads the page when you use a new window pop up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get around it ( &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.zerocattle.com/portfolio.html&quot; class=&quot;bb-url&quot;&gt;www.zerocattle.com/portfolio.html&lt;/a&gt;  - click on denali or abandon) by adding &lt;strong&gt;name=&quot;whatever&quot;&lt;/strong&gt; to the &amp;lt;a&amp;gt; tag and instead of specifying &quot;#&quot; as the href, I use &quot;#whatever&quot; so it stays put.  Of course in Dreamweaver I think it has the function reversed from how I do it, so this may make no sense at all to you!&lt;/p&gt;

thats&lt;br /&gt;
it works now but only on some computers, is there a default in the browser&lt;/p&gt;
